Out of the various movements our body can perform, there are six key movement patterns for building lots of muscle mass in little time.

If you can manage to incorporate compound exercises to perform these movements...while complying with the main factors of training-induced hypertrophy (i.e. volume, intensity, frequency, and progression), you’ll have no problem getting jacked.

This guy did more workout in this single video than i have ever done in my life

True story. I train jiu jitsu and when I started I wasnt doing any weight training. One of the black belts told me that was a huge mistake. He said more or less everything in this video: do squats, deadlifts, chinups, military presses, etc. And itll improve your overall strength in grappling too. Within 2 months of adding this to my regimen I am now dominating guys in the gym that used to beat me when i first started. My grip is strong and plus I feel more explosive. I wholeheartedly recommend this program because I'm doing it myself and it works.

This is so true, i've seen people who only do those 5x5 compound lifts and their size are massive!

I started training 9 months ago, but consistently only for a month only and I find this workout excellent for me. Love the full-body pump I get from this.

Great video. I have been lifting full body 3 days a week for almost a year now. Using all compound lifts and a handful of non compounds. It’s been great.

My opinion, best workout split for beginners is push/pull full body 3X per week. For example, full body pull monday and friday, full body push on wednesday; next week you do push on monday and friday and pull on wednesday.
PUSH DAY: Bench press, overhead press, dips, squat and lunges
PULL DAY: Chin ups, row, RDL, farmers walk, maybe a glute bridge also.

It's odd, all the old timers I knew growing up were jacked, a lot bigger than this guy, and all they did was variations of pull-ups, push-ups, dips, sit-ups, and ran a couple miles every day. They ate well, worked hard every day, had their water, got good sleep. Ate fast food and junk food, drank wine and used tobacco products. I'm not downing this video or modern exercise science, but it seems with the ten million exercise videos out there with different techniques and rules, they don't prove anything simply because they all disagree with each other. Results are the only thing that matters. I think at the end of the day, none of this matters. The one thing that matters . . . Do it for years. Keep doing it. Stay healthy. That's all. Full range of motion or not, locking joints or not, counting carbs and calories or not, compound or isolated, blah blah blah. Just stick with it. You'll see improvement, you'll be healthier and stronger.

All this extra shit is just for ego and show. It's like when some middle age guy gets into biking and has to buy the gear, the suit, the special helmet, and he gets smashed by some old guy on a beat up bike, flip-flops, and jeans, who's been biking for decades.

Honestly, this was the most logical explanation. Yea us beginners often focus on isolationist exercises; but, now that seems insane. Focus on compound strength movements. I’m doing this for sure. Thanks
