1. Eat plenty of healthy fats
2. Break up your diet fibre
3. Zinc deficiency - supplement or foods
4. Vitamin C - low vit c is common with miscarriages
5. Magnesium deficiency

Buy organic non gmo and local much as can
6. Avoid things that disrupt hormones like pesticides, plastic, animal products pumped with hormones. Only have pasture raised non gmo etc

I'm so glad this popped up on my suggested videos. This is my life! I'm going to head to the website and start looking around because I'm looking for info about visceral fat accumulation and what to do about it. I'm just heading in to menopause and look pregnant. So frustrating!

Wow, your awesome. I am 49 perimenopause and getting a little belly pooch and thick thighs. I have very irregular periods and even skipped one in February. I just purchased your book!!! I weight train 4 to 5 times a week and I try to eat healthy, I drink mostly protein and fiber as much as twice a day because I’m always on the go! Can’t wait to read it

I will turn 49 this year and this month all of a sudden I started gaining weight. I thought i was pregnant lol but it's obvious I am just gaining weight. I was always size 8 UK but this year I am Suze 10-12. I go to the gym, watch my diet and run 3x a week but I can't seem to lose weight. Thank you so much for this 💘💟🙏💜💜💗💖

I’ve been alternate day fasting and it has really helped with fat loss and slimming my tummy. I make sure I eat fiber, healthy fats and protein on my feast days. Fasting has helped me naturally balance hormones and even if I go off track I’m still losing inches. How do you feel about this method ?

I sound like a broken record, but I gain a ton of weight during the pandemic. My belly is so big. I have a healthy diet. I've tried everything to lose this thing. I started exercising more and I feel it made it bigger. I'm not sure if it's because of the stress of exercise or that I'm hungrier. I've experimented with supplements adding different things into my diet. Nothing works. Also, it's interesting most people say being fatter makes them look younger. I am the opposite I look about 5 years older since I've gained weight.

I eat all the right things and exercise and sleep and drink tons of eater no processed food, little sugar almost no booze. Still have hormone belly. Ladies, see a gyno.

Thank you! 😊 I need this. Just recently diagnosed hormonal imbalance from my doctor. She prescribed me meds for my estrogen since my period is irregular (lasted 3 weeks) for 7 months. Now trying to do something about my diet. Oh BTW I DM your in IG.

I love the detail through this whole video, except I think you'd find a lot of information about our foods and farms by getting information from real farmers raising and growing foods. Organic farms still use pesticides, and conventional farms can still use organic options.
