I am facing severe hairfall..I don't know what happened

Dilemma... My Drs know I need testing. Yet, the medicalSystem is messed up and keeps putting off the correct lab orders in as I wait and worsen in my symptoms (I'm diagnosed with hypothyroidism and can tell when my TSH is going too high). I can't afford an at home lab kit and have no idea where to send it out for proper reading. Additionally, I'm prescribed Levothyroxine, which isn't nearly as adequate ad Synthroid, which I can't afford Synthroid.

Besides how iodine can help, which I don't use without labs until I know the dose I need, there's others like selenium, zinc, etc... I'm pretty screwed until I can get testing.

Any suggestions please?
