Thanks for sharing! But this video is incomplete. Seed cycling is Day 1 To Day 14 - Pumpkin and Flax Seeds. 1tsp each. From day 15 to the remaining days of cycle, Sesame seeds & Sunflower seeds. Make sure these seeds are roasted & unsalted. For convenience, grind it and then consume it.

Im so over it. There is no way that it should be so hard for everyone to stay healthy. We have decipher the truth through so many lies and most of the food we have available... even the "healthy" food is the reason for our illness. Then they turn around and blame it on lifestyle choices. Its also the unnatural stress of our society that causes illness. God help us all

Hi I have a question. I have PCOS and when I start seed cycling from first day of period, after 2 weeks (when I am done with pumpkin seed and flaxseed ) I get my period . I tried this 3 times but 3 times this has happened. Does anyone know what it means ?

Fax see and chía see should be in water first for at lease 6 hours or over night; it’s can be really bad for the digested system.
