I massage my feet using a racketball first as a gentle warm up. Then a do lots of stretches, the racketball again and then a golf ball for slow specific areas that need to be worked out. My knees have improved by working on my feet. Hadn't expected such a huge improvement there. Thanks for the video. You've given me a couple of ideas to add to my foot routine.

Ive had this issue for about 9 years. I have been to 5 foot Dr's. I had some neves cut..didnt help.
This seems to help. Especially the tennis ball.
Is there a foot strengthening video? I have been walking on my heels or sliding my feet for 9 years due to the pain in the ball of the foot...as a result my feet ar week.
