Hey Bridget I never got a chance to thank you for helping me prepare for natural birth!! I watched your videos my whole pregnancy to prepare for child birth. I had an epidural during my first labor and it wasn’t for me. I whole heartily believe that your videos helped me to have a successful labor!! Love this! I am 37 weeks and 2 days away from delivery. 

I love taking epsom salt baths and listening to your meditation videos or worship music to soothe and relax me.
