The Triceps Extension (x Rear Delt Fly) is kickback. Usually Triceps Extension refers to another exercise done overhead standing or seated.

Bro nice workout but 45 secs rest is too less and counterproductive. Most studies have shown that rest periods of 2-3 minutes between sets produced the best results.
