This was such a wonderful balance of freedom and structure! Freestyling can feel really vulnerable and intimidating at first so it was nice to dip into that and then come back together to some movement instructions. Also you just seem like the nicest person!

Oh..! What a calming joy it is to see your practice in the shaded bamboo grove.

It's so wonderful to see tai chi practised out of the closet of secrets, so to speak.

You Tube has released a great new spirit in human evolution.

Part of that spirit includes the unbinding of such practices as tai chi from its esoteric limitation.

I usually hate dancing but I really enjoyed this! My 10 day challenge is taking a lot more than 10 days but I will do them all! And hopefully continue in my snail like fashion afterwards! 🐌☺️

Loved it! Already doing a #tracksnack a day since one of your other videos and I love how I can stretch out my body with dance just as it needs it that day! Gonna have to start again when we finish the ten days <3

So looking forward to tomorrow I received sad news today my yoga studio is closing I live in a very small town and I’m just so sad hope some day u can give a talk on handling blind sided news I mostly feel for my students they will be so lost. Hoping for wise words that another door will open. Thanks wise man 🧘‍♀️☹️☮️
