👉🏽 UNCOVER THE POWER WITHIN COACHING PROGRAM

WHO IS THE UNCOVER THE POWER WITHIN COACHING PROGRAM FOR?

There are a few specific (but reasonable) requirements that need to be met before we proceed.

✅ Do you want to change your life?
This program isn't for those who aren't committed to creating vibrant and fulfilling lives. I know it sounds crazy, but some people out there have actually decided they are OK being miserable. This typically happens because the brain has made a decision that certainty of suffering is safer than change. This program isn’t for them...yet.

✅ Are you willing to accept guidance and try new things?
To get the kind of life you’ve never had, you’re going to have to do some things you’ve never done. And while everything we do in Uncover The Power Within starts small and builds on itself. To see growth you will need to be willing to take small steps outside of your comfort zone.(Even if it is at your own pace)

✅ Do you promise to share your light with others?
Those who participate in this program will go on to influence those around them, whether they try to or not. You must be willing to be a force for good in your world and those around you. Those who learn to Uncover The Power Within will be a force for light and peace that the people they love and this world so desperately needs.

If this sounds like YOU then you are the kind of person who will love this journey of progress and growth.

It’s interesting that when I see something or someone that appears to be broken, I want to reach out to help in some way. Let’s say a favorite piece of jewelry breaks . Do I throw it out or leave it in a drawer never to be worn again? It needs repair. Or I see a person is suffering whether because of personal loss or self criticism or otherwise. For me personally I’ve heard the expression, are often our own worst enemy. That fell on deaf ears for me, maybe because I’d heard it said often.
But through self exploration for many decades. Which I did because I was suffering with depression and anxiety for a long time. I most certainly wasn’t befriending myself. I believe I fell into a pity pit of self criticism and lack of confidence. Without even being aware, I was constantly beating myself up. Most of the time it wasn’t even consciously. But my knee jerk reaction was to point a finger to myself and assume blame for anything way too often. I believe now for whatever the reason, this chipping away at oneself over and again for little or big things, has made my life far more complicated than it had to be. So I agree… I am learning how to catch myself, when I find I am blaming myself I try to pause.
I notice my body tension, contraction, sadness welling up within. I notice myself holding my breath waiting for the sky to fall. Call it Henny Penny syndrome. “The sky is falling”. Or the other shoe to drop.
But now I am learning to befriend myself, just as I would anybody else who I see is struggling in some way. Self compassion, releasing into ease, taking a deep cleansing breath and letting go and letting be. Telling myself It’s okay darling…I love you! This feels so much better and it is.
