But, Jessica I just wanted to let you know that your low impact workouts, your compassion and overall channel have been my savior in my eating disorder recovery journey. Jessica, you are inspiring! I definitely wasn't able to exercise or use my arms like you do 5.5 weeks after my bilateral mastectomy 10 years despite being 27 at the time! It took me quite some time to regain my mobility. I'm so impressed by your stamina and determination! Wishing you continued healing on your journey!

I recently suffered a knee injury from running and was keen to find some gentle exercises that could help with my recovery. I came across your knee injury exercises this week and decided to give them a go. I also stumbled upon your 15-minute full bodyweight exercise video and completed the session.
