My belly is already big and it's easy to get tired and short of breath, so I thought I'd look for it on youtube and I'll spot it with you, thank you there is this exercise that I don't need to work out, it's enough.

I have been doing this work out for 2 and a half months now i did this plus more excersice and dieting when i started i was 255 pounds and 6 feet tall. I am young so that also helped me loose weight i now weight 203 pounds and happy to say this really works i am so thankful for this video im definetly stronger and feel better : it’s been 3 and a half months and my new weight is 188.3 pounds thanks so much

been keeping a stable 186 pounds for weight loss all you need is cardio and a sustainable caloric deficit

thank you guys, I wanted to comment after a month of doing this.
Initially, it was hard for me to do 3 sets for each round, so I started doing 2 sets of each round & after a week continued doing 3, I paired this session with a calorie deficit diet and seeing really good results, especially the stretches helped a lot. Subscribed.

Lost about half an inch in 4 days (with Other workouts e.g going on the bike or a physical vr game) I couldn’t of done it without god but I’m not done yet god bless you all may he help you through all you hard times ✝️✝️✝️🙏🙏❤️❤️

I did this and man it got me sweating!! But how does this work off belly fat ?!, feels like jist legs and biceps/pecs

I couldn't get passed the first set haha. Too many squats for me! I'm almost a hundred percent certain your knees are allowed to go passed your toes during a squat.
