I dont understand the dislikes... 🤔 this dude is doing an amazing work to show us how to correctly stretch. I mean there are so many garbage videos in youtube about doing splits in a day... like 😑😒 i think tom has one of the best channels for stretching! Thanks tom.

Thank you! Exactly what I was needing. Separate question, would you consider producing a short daily mobility video for older people, like 70s+? I know it probably doesn't fit into your subscribers demographic but members of my family have shown interest in learning key mobility movements to keep their range of movement as they age. However, even the beginner videos you have seem a bit too intimidating for them.

Grateful for this video. Hip flexors burn as the instructor emphasizes squeeze the glutes around minute 26. 🔥 Awesome way to get daily mobility.

Dear Tom...I have been religiously practicing this video from past 3 months and it worked wonderfully for me. I practice 2 to 3 times in a week. Past one month, I do not feel any further progress though. Can you please suggest if I should keep going with same routine or switch to any further levels you may have. Your guidance will be precious🙌

Great video. How often do you recommend practicing this work out weekly in order to achieve a good range of doing the splits? Is practicing this everyday enough? Or does it need to be coupled with some other exercises?

Heyyy Tom! Loved your video! Can you talk more about doing the pigeon post? Seems quite hard to keep it at a 90 degree with my hip squared. Is there any preparation on doing it and any poses to relieve the tension in doing pigeon?
