I would love to see some shorts discussing injuries you've had and how you dealt with them? I'd imagine it takes some mistakes and pain to get to the point you're at now.

Wow, thank you, this is really helpful! The external rotation is the struggle for me.

Would you do a video on butterfly stretch? I never ever ever feel anything in that position, even though my knees are nowhere near the ground. I have no idea what it's even supposed to stretch.

I used to be flexible when I was young however I lost my flexibility as I got older. I intensely stretched for 2 weeks and give myself a day of rest every 2 days. I can do splits, backbends for now! I’m going to unlock new moves as I progress 😊

I can put my legs behind my head as you did, i’ve never seen anyone else do it before lol. Now i know it’s not a completely useless (albeit neat way to freak someone out) ability

This actually helped me realize what i need to work on! I have a good pancake but terrible external rotation! Thank you, now I can focus on that. I can do the front leg splits both ways, but have never been able to get my middle splits ever

Can you make a video comparing different methods of learning the split? Like just going deeper into the split, or getting your legs farther out in the pancake position, or lying on your back and let gravity spread your legs.

This is a relief because two months in I almost have my front splits but it’s been 4 months and the progress for my middle splits is SO SLOW 😂
