does it matter which leg you lean forward? if you want to be even are you supposed to do one minute with one leg and another with the other?

TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THIS IF NEEDED-
3x a week:
1. Use chair for support
2. Drop as far down as possible with knees bent for 30 seconds
3. Straighten the legs for 30 seconds
4. Do this for both sides

When you get better: Rest after and do another set

ATTENTION!!! GUYS. Do these stretches as often as you can BUT also, YOU NEED TO OPEN YOUR HIPS!!. HERE IS WHAT I MEAN. you cant do either type of splits without open hips. To open/loosen them, do butterfly stretch, deeo lunges, or just follow a stretch routine.
