I'll lead you science-backed splits drills including active flexibility drills, PNF, and drills that help with your stretch reflex. This front splits class will work both your mind and body, so get ready to go deep.

Revisit this front splits session regularly - consistency is key to learning any skill. Aim to practice 3-4 days a week but incorporate hip and leg stretches daily.

This 30-minute class will progress your journey to front splits and help with hip mobility and hip and leg strength. This session is perfect for those who haven't been able to get their front splits - or who want to deepen their existing splits practice.

A week or two ago, after years of consistent yoga practice (and the past 3, 5 years of those daily) I finally realized that I WILL be able to do splits one day. I just stopped progressing in my practice overall because I kept doing beginners/intermediate classes telling myself the advanced ones are just too tiring or difficult or annoying (when I can't do all of the poses). I decided to let this inner critic go away for a while and just try something new. Your channel is IT for me!! I can't begin to describe the feelings you brought for me. I've advanced SO MUCH with just a few of your classes and I'm absolutely in love with your style of teaching. This class was so crucial - I'm so low into the splits on one side I couldn't squeeze a block between my leg and the This is so huge for Ah, thank you so much Kate, you have no idea how much this means to me <3

I have been trying at my splits for years, and I haven't been as consistent as I have wanted, but doing this class for literally only TWO DAYS I have seen more progress than I have in years. Thank you so much

Even though I've been doing yoga for 10 years I've never felt that the splits were accessible to me, but now I realise I just needed the right teacher. During this class I discovered that I can pretty much do the splits on my right side, and I'm not far off on my left. Thank you so much Kate. A new world has been opened up to me. Namaste 🙏

Wow, yesterday I ordered my yoga blocks with the propuse of doing this routine, it looks super pro and challenging. Haven't found another follow along PNF rutine for the splits, this is unique. I was stuck because all the routines out there are for begginers. I've been doing other of your flexibility routines and you really know your thing. Yesterday I was feeling really sad and hopeless, I have a tendency towards depression and cloudy days and winter make me super vulnerable. I put on one of your rutines and I ended it feeling a great mood, so I did another two! The breathing instructions to relax during it add a meditation plus to this follow along rutines. Today when my yoga blocks arrive I'll be practising this. Also your prosody is really comforting.

Dear Kate,
This Yoga class is truly magical.
I managed to reach the two splits well, despite the painful contracture in my left hamstring.
During the PNF stretching portion I was amazed at how much strength I gained in my legs by regularly following your lessons.
I will also repeat this practice several times because I have to. being able to stand in the two splits with even more ease than I feel now.
It's always more fun to practice yoga with you

I’ve had my splits (uncomfortably) for a while. Decided to start doing this everyday or at least 4 times a week so I that feel comfortable in splits. That pnf is a killer! Love it ❤

Awesome video! I'm a beginner in yoga. Therefore, I had more difficult in some poses in yoga and I don't have more flexibility in my legs, also. However, I'm into it this video and makes me feel more power in my whole body. Thanks!😊
