I've been on out of it for almost six months and this is me starting from the rock bottom. I used to be a lot fit than this, now I'm out of breath doing the last one. But it's all baby steps, I'll be back in the game soon enough.

I'm going to try out 3 of her videos starting from today: this video, love handles, and bottom belly. Gonna exercise for 14 days.
Weight today: 63.7kg --> target: 60kg.
Height: 163cm
Waist: 78cm
Lower belly: 92 cm

(Side note: I've been working out for 3 days already but haven't tried out her videos yet, so day 1 written down here is actually my day 3 of exercising already. I do cardio (40 minutes) or HIIT (30 minutes) before doing these workouts. Plus, I'm intermittent fasting and eating healthy 😊)

Day 1: this video + bottom belly
Day 2: abs (Pamela) + love handle
Day 3: rest
Day 4: abs + lower belly + booty
Day 5: abs + love handle + upper body
Day 6: abs + lower belly + booty (FYI. i measured myself this morning here's the results: weight: 62kg - waist: 75cm - lower belly: 90cm)
Day 7: abs + love handle + booty + arms
Day 8: rest
Day 9: abs + lower belly + love handle (didn't do hiit today cuz I was too lazy. I also gained 1kg because I ate way too much yesterday)
Day 10: abs + lower belly + booty

I'm in New Zealand and just hit stage 3, so I have no more school and in 2 days we will be going on lockdown for 4 weeks. I'm wanting to glow up during self-isolation so I'm gonna definitely do this! Wish me luck, starting when you post the new video for today.
