Adriene's practice is timeless. This was filmed almost 7 years ago but she still looks amazing and has that great sense of humor that makes me smile even in the most challenging poses. She knows exactly where we're putting pressure, tells us to adjust, and how we feel when our heart is beating fast after all the shaking! Love this practice! Thank you!

I needed a lift today as my thoughts are busy and the feelings of not being heard and injustice flood my waking hours. While on the mat I found a smile or two and chuckled to myself when Adriene was nervously commenting on the geese. Namaste all, keep safe and sending love out.

Today was the first time in my life I was able to touch my toes without bending my knees! This was concrete proof of progress in own body (I know it's different for everyone) and I feel so much more confident! Thank you for guiding me on this journey, Adriene ❤️

Working overnight shifts at a residential treatment center can be depressing so I like to do yoga with Adriene because your practice makes me feel at ease and is so calming, you are a great teacher and inspiration! Thank you for being an awesome radiant lady!

Absolutely loved this video. Super challenging, but so so good for connecting with the breath and core! Those fire hydrant type poses really activated my whole abdomen 👏
Adriene’s sense of humor has always been a favorite, but this one really leans in to the silly vibe, while also being super focused!
Will have to revisit this one to see how it goes next time! Currently sweaty 🥵

Day 3 of Build, the one in the park with the geese at the end 😂 After yesterday this senior yogi found this practice quite challenging, another workout but a half hour. So good for my arm strength too and lots of flowing fun. See you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞
