Awesome! As Always. Perfectly P a c e d, Easy to follow, I Great to repeat the video. The following week and really focus on adding intensity to each of the movements. The advantage of having a ballet dancer guy guiding your yoga. She is freaking awesome!

Wow I feel the burn here! I’m at an intermediate yoga level, I’ve been practicing for just over 1 year and I exercise with weights for my glutes regularly, this helped unlock some stiffness I didn’t even know I had.
