This 10-minute most effective low impact walking workout with light weights will provide you with extra steps in your day along with strengthening exercises to challenge your muscles at home. The pace is a bit slower to allow you to concentrate on the strength moves safely and effectively. This is one walking workout that you can use weights that are a little bit heavier (such as 5 lbs). If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout.

This is amazing. I'm resolving to do it more often. Started out feeling really cocky and grabbed the 5lb weights. Ha. That lasted 2 minutes. Finished with the 3lb. Perfect. I can't believe how I've improved. Thanks Coach.

I’m really enjoying this channel as a 32 year old with health struggles and obesity I’m trying to get my body strong and fit again and these workouts have been a great place to start and to add in either before or after my walks outside 😊

I added this to the 'calendar' workout today - perfect addition! So thankful for your workouts! We've had 'fire weather' here for weeks, so it's inadvisable to exercise outdoors - love that I can just pop on your videos and stay active and healthy.

I usually skip these shorter workouts. Wow, 10 minutes of good stuff. It's a great short routine. And because I strength train with you 5 days a week, I was able to use 5lb weights the whole session. Thanks Jules 😊

Thank you Jules. This came up on one of my other workouts and I decided to try it since my other one was shorter. Loved it. The music is fun but relaxing at the same time...perfect with weights. Thank you for all your work. I workout with you almost everyday.

a very unusual walk. It turned out to be a kind of power walk after breakfast (with not very heavy weights - 1 kg when lifting up and 2 kg at the bottom). The walk turned out to be as pleasant as it was useful. Jules, you have such wonderful posture, absolutely a standard to strive for. Thank you very much for a great workout! Nadia

Used 3 lb. weights. I'm glowing now. I like the slower pace since I was sick for a month and still weak as a kitten. But I will get stronger!
