My mom is 80 no health issues and she has had the same diet since before me no pork lots of fish rice real bread not sliced bread her bread comes from bakeries and she loves soda with her pizza and she eats pizza 🍕 once a week and mcdonalds once in a while she loves cheese and whole milk she doesn't deep fry anything but will eat fried chicken without the skin once in a blue but the thing she says is key is stress she keeps that low and happiness is key 🔑she also eats red meat lamb and chicken and real butter and olive oil lots of olive oil and salads my mom eats alot of veg like mushrooms and carrots 🥕 and many more

Soda, fast food, processed meat, white bread and pasta, dairy products with sugar, grain fed red meat, low fat processed food, fried foods, refiend grains, excess sodium.

My Grandmother lived to 99 years old… very few health problems and ate whatever she wanted. Didn’t smoke or drink. She LOVED sweets. Everything in moderation… if you are ok with bland, tasteless food, bravo. Enjoy your food…enjoy your life

Great, informative vid . I’ve not eaten meat in 40 years, no dairy in 20, I’m 60 now, never felt better . 6’2 and 180, still carrying a ton of muscle .

The only essential macros are Fat and Protein....your body does not require carbohydrates. Doc says I am one of his healthiest patients at 50 years old, my macros are 75:20:5 (Fat:Protien:Carbs) Also eat one meal a day most days sometimes two. All food is fresh...nothing preprocessed.

The sad thing is, no matter how healthy you eat, (& likely not enjoy your meals), you'll still die in the end. While I agree, & don't eat many of the things listed, in the end, we all face the same eventuality.

Over the yrs.i just stopped eating red meat, though I still love a good hamberger.dont eat alot of foods I grew up on & ate over the yrs.sometimes it takes me a full day to finish my a.m.egg and slice of my homemade bread.no I'm not anorixic, it just I don't eat like before.. I am 75+ yrs now..but this started awhile back.must do alot better to remember to eat veggies & fruit.i make all my own soups.lentil, gr.pea., chicken & vegetable.never fry foods.but really enjoy it with my hamburger when I eat out.

I’m a firm believer of a little of what you fancy is fine. MODERATION is the key word here. As long as you mix in lots of the good stuff too such as plenty of fruit and vegetables then having the odd steak and burger and cake is in my opinion fine. Life is too darn short not to enjoy what you want to enjoy but be sensible and don’t over do it.

I have been eating grain feed native chicken ever since I gave up eating four footed animals / farm chicken. Isn't it safer and healthier to eat native chicken ?

I am 62 and i do not eat any of these food. I love vegetables fruits and juice, and i do not add any sugar to my blended juice. I try to eat natural.

I actually gave up soda years ago and the only time I eat crappy deep fried is wings ! I’ve been avoiding ice cream. I’am 55! I was eating eggs everyday.but I’m struggling getting rid of some belly fat. I’ve thinking on trying plant based! I hear it’s healthier. I gave up pretty much everything on your list! Great vedio!
