But honestly, these are the same crap when you're 20 or even younger. Child obesity is a huge concern and will be even worse in the years to come. And it's not easy to switch diet the day you hit 50. Therefore: folks, eat clean healthy no matter how young you are! Because many diseases induced by the crap food shown in this excellent video are irreversible! ❤
