This yoga session guides you through a sequence of practices that get the body and energy flowing and gradually slows down to enter into a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and healing stillness that balances the body, energy, emotions and mind. A longer breathing practice that takes you on a journey up through the chakra system prepares you for a deep state of relaxation.
