I didn't know bones react to stress, I've been protecting them always and now I can't even walk on my knees

This guy: "And the answer is I won't directly answer your question as to not be held legally responsible if you snap your leg kicking a pole."

I wish that he went more indepth with this. It gives off the impression that its perfectly safe to constantly put your bones under stress when In reality there is lots of permanent consequences.

It creates micro fractures. The fractures heal and become hard. Its why you tend not to break bones in the same place.

For anyone interested to try this and you've never done this before. I recommend to use heavybag or soft trees like banana trees first. Don't just straight up kick hardwood tree.

So you're saying if I throw myself down the stairs every day eventually I'll be invincible?

What he said, is yes. Yes, it will make your bones stronger if you do this particular training. Just be careful.

It can make them stronger, but if you are too aggressive and do not give enough time to recover, you can break a bone.

Kicking a heavy bag is bad enough. I'm really impressed with these guys who kick trees, snap broom sticks, kick metal poles...
