Hi Dr. Lisa, I'm in Maine and just started doing your videos, finding them very helpful. Bones #'s are going up, not good. Must be more diligent at doing my exercises. Thank you for posting these.

Great workout, osteoarthritis in my hands and wrists limits my plank and bird dog exercises but make slight adjustments🥰

Goodness Dr. L!!! You are amazing this is my second time doing a routine with dumbels and my back gets a bit sore and I push myself and then you said .... if round 3 is enough for you stop! I would have gone on. THANK YOU!

Loved it. Don’t think I’ve done this one b4. 15lbx2 deadlifts😀 and full plank much easier. This one was easier on my knees..thx
