I am so proud that I completed all four rounds today! Also, I used an 8lb dumbbell for the sit to stand exercise. I saw my medical oncologist yesterday and he told me he has watched your videos after I told him about you. I will have another Dex scan in about a year to see my improvement. I am also receiving Zometa infusions every three months. Thank you, thank you! You are such an inspiration for me. I am a new breast cancer survivor.

Thank you so much!! This is my favorite bone health video by far! I loved that there was no mindless chatter or bubbly encouragement, just straight forward explanation and consistent reminders for good form, without long pauses to talk. I also loved that you rolled with the small mistakes! Made me feel more comfortable being imperfect (especially when I couldn’t get the front back jumping back right)! Thanks again!

Dr. Lisa, I am loving these workouts! They are perfect. I feel safe, but not coddled. You have a fantastic instructional persona, very warm, sincere, you make me laugh, and I feel right at home. Thank you so much! About a year ago, I received a DEXA scan of -2.6 in my lumbar spine and freaked out (the rest of the DEXA was fine). I have been working out with weights, doing yoga and pickleball for years, I'm very fit and I eat very healthy also. So that was a shock. There is a ton of information, on the internet, however, the people are either sensationalists, or chirpy, or they talk to you like a child. You are matter of fact, and you have clients who are improving through these workouts. It's so reassuring. I wish I would have found you sooner. However, so happy to have found you now. The workouts make me feel strong, and just the right amount of tired. You're part of my every day workout now. Wishing you all the best! -Sara

That was a fun workout! I am a yoga teacher in Portland, and I focus on building strong bones and muscles . I love your work, both on Facebook and here. Thank you for giving me some new ideas for my students AND for myself - I have osteoporosis in my spine and osteopenia in my hips. Your teachings have really helped me to feel more confident. I have students who believe that they should never do forward folds with osteoporosis - I believe that as long as we keep our spines long and straight we can do most anything!
