PSA: this guy’s body is well above average. Don’t let social media fool you, this is a good healthy body. this isn’t “skinny” as in no tissue. He has visible muscles and no deposits of excess body fat. He’s neither super large nor super peeled, but he has a healthy body fat percentage and a healthy amount of muscle. His arms are only “small” in comparison to his lats, which are excellent for his size.

You're a real life spiderman! I loved that he was never a traditionally buff superhero but still incredibly strong!

You are my inspiration to getting stronger man. I’ve always wanted to be hella strong but not have a giant bulk like bodybuilders and when I came across your page I immediately fell in love with your exercises. You relate to me a lot and I’m seriously so glad that I found you.

The fact that he works for strength really just makes him so much cooler.

I always say function over fashion; i don't care what i look like, i care about functionality.

There's muscle that show and muscles that throw.

Dude you look good! You're lean, not skinny. You definitely have some good muscle

This dude just explained old man strength. They're trying to do stuff once, not twenty times. They carry all the bags on the first trip, so they get a sleeper build like this guy.

I used to be a martial artist. Everything was about conditioning the striking tools and muscles required to strike. It was speed speed speed. that was probably the most in shape I’ve ever been in my life but I could not lift things very well. I would get shin splints when I ran and cramp within 20 seconds of starting swimming. I could also do 100 push-ups in a minute and break boards higher than head level.
I think it is important that people realize health is not a linear progression from bad to good. There is what you want to achieve and how to get there. That will look differently for different people.

The amount of good info packed into this short video is seriously impressive.

You and the guy from Hybrid calisthenics should do a colab or something
Idk, like you both, started trying to build strength recently and both your channels help to a degree.
