This 15 Minute workout focuses on aerobic weight-bearing exercises combined with some strength training. In addition to strengthening your bones, this workout will improve your cardiovascular health and rack up about 1500 steps, more or less depending on your pace.

It consists of:
✅ Twelve 20-second exercise rounds, with 20 seconds of walking rest in between. There are no repeats!
✅ During the big breaks, we’ll do one upper body strength exercise using weights of your choice—water bottles or cans work just fine. We use various weights, including 2 lbs (0.9 kg), 3 lbs (1.4 kg), 5 lbs (2.3 kg), and 8 lbs (3.6 kg).

This workout can be done 2-3 times a week or even daily, but always listen to your body.

🔥 A 120 lb (54.4 kg) person: 35 calories
🔥 A 200 lb (90.7 kg) person: 58 calories

Very nice workout, and I appreciate the focus on osteoporosis-safe exercises. I have osteopenia and want it not to progress. Also, funny coincidence. Aiko mentioned "dem dry bones." I do volunteer editing for a Scripture website, and just today I was working on the commentary on the "dry bones" passage. God bless you both!

Just a quick note to say "thank you"--you ladies have helped me for years in my retirement from teaching. All of your videos are so helpful both physically and mentally, so positive and educational as I work out with you and let me tell you some days it's not easy!! I really liked this one, too. I enjoy hearing your lovely Mom’s comments and they sometimes make me giggle which is also good for one’s health. Thank you to both of you as it’s incredibly hot here(in the south) and I can’t do much usual walking out which I miss.

Thank you for sharing and talking about osteoporosis. I have osteoporosis, and didn't know what exercises to do. Any other of your videos to use with this one. I truly enjoy you and your Mama..As losing muscle now at 62 not sure how to keep it or build it up safely. Thanks again for your insight and compassion..❤

I have so missed doing workouts with you and Aiko. I became extremely ill on June 24th and it has now been one full month since I have been able to workout. Today is my first day back at it! Love that beautiful Mochi joined me in celebrating wellness. Watch out world, I'm back! 💪😀🐈

Thanks April & Aiko for another great video to keep us moving. I am 59 with MS & have been doing your workouts for a year now after rehabbing from a nasty ankle fracture. Turns out I have low bone density & you two have been helping me build up dem dry bones! I regularly do your weights workouts too & even managed to increase my weights recently 😊
