I was looking for simple exercises and this came up, followed thru the whole video and my HR stayed in a nice calm little elevated state and this exercise increased the blood flow and woke me up nicely. It's pretty damn good exercise, to get back training at least and help with diet whatnot :) greetings from ex figure skater

These are really helpful for disabled ppl! My flare ups have become so frequent i cant risk causing one with most standing exercise. I dont know how much stronger its making me but at least i feel better about myself :)

This exercise is really helpful for those people who are going through post covid weakness. I was very regular and punctual when it's about workout and I always follow Roberta. Bad sadly, due to post covid weakness, I'm not able to do many kind of exercises which I used to do earlier. And now this type of bed support exercise is very helpful as I'm able to be on rest as well as my body moves too. Thank you so much Roberta. God bless you.

Hey! I am 24 years old, male and at the moment i have (exactly) 80, 0 kilograms (176pounds for people who are more familiar with pounds) at 1, 75m (almost 5ft 9in) and i just found this video while thinking at 9:35 PM if there is some exercise i can do in bed. I am done with the first time and i will try to do this daily. I almost died doing those exercises (mostly at the Leg Hugs) and i am looking for results in some weeks/months. Since it is the 1st October i can easier count the days.

My goals so far and the guessed time i need:
1) Not to almost faint doing this. ( 1week - 2weeks )
2) losing 3 kg ( 3 - 5 weeks ? )
3) seeing some results (belly/legs probably) ( 1 month ? )
4) losing 5 kg ( 6 - 9 weeks ?? )
5) Having at least some slightly visible abs ) ( 3 months ? )

i dont know about the time i will need but i dont care if i take quadriple of the time i hope i will need if this works. I will try to update this every once in a while to tell people if this workout helped me or not (but i believe if i strictly do thi everyday it should work)
