I'm coming back from a long drought of depression. I'm really enjoying the stretch and gaining some strength. Really appreciate the commentary. It makes me want to come back tomorrow.

You guys are honestly such a blessing. I've been working out with you guys for the past 3 or 4 years now and I have a lot more muscle definition and overall strength. I appreciate that you guys want to make as much free content as possible without selling any supplements or anything extra. Thank you for this . I'm 550+ lbs and this was challenging but doable. I'm not very mobile and this allowed me to get more movement in my legs than I have in sad to say years. Thanks again

The PNF really did something different for me. It kind of changed how I pay attention to my muscles. I really liked it! I'm fairly flexible but I found this challenging. I'd love to see another video like this in the future!

I got back pains for about weeks that didn't go away. I did got myself a lumber pillow to help support my back, that only gave me some relief but not 100% relief. I am so glad I find this channel, after I try this lower body active stretch routine video, I feel completely free of pain. I will continue doing these stretches, this really help. Thank you!

This was just what I needed. I recently started back walking. I walked 2.6 miles today and my lower body was sore. I saw this and completed the stretches and I feel soooo much better. Thank you!

Ah yes I had to come back to the originals. I believe you guys are one of the first few I watched when I first wanted to get fit. Yep looking back I've come a long way thanks guys and Yah bless you to know him.♥️

I have early signs of varicose veins and I sit a lot for work.
I used to do stretches from this channel multiple times a week and I had no trouble..
After returning to your videos 3 years later my legs feel like feathers and the discomfort is gone when I walk. I think this video is especially great for this problem. Thanks so much!

Oh wow, this felt AMAZING. Having had surgery & a bit of a rough recovery, my legs, abs & quads especially were very much in need of something to get me out of the tin man stiffness. Thank you FB.

Thank you for these stretches, I have hurt my quad tendons and these stretches are perfect for my injured knee/leg. I was able to workout after three weeks. Keep up good work.
