This video shares a 30-minute lower body flexibility routine to help you get moving and increase essential ranges of motion. It focuses on improving hip mobility through rotation, stretching the glutes and improving squats. Then lengthen the hamstrings and hip flexors dynamically through your entire range of motion.

Thank you💐Like your natural simple no equipmenz ways of sharing your flexibility exercises. Life shall be just that easy, grab a mattress, even no shoes and find a place in the nature instead of in a fitness studio, then start practicing body care and self love routine. I did thus routine on Tuesday and my run on Wednesday was amazing best 10k I have ever run. I'm running a marathon 1 September, when I start tapering off, I am going to use your workouts. Thanks

Gonna do this tomorrow, keep them coming my friend, love it. And personally I wouldn't mind some that are focused towards the hamstring, glutes, loweback area and how those are all connected.

Though I do prefer full-body routines, but just letting you know :)

Awesome routine, Tom! I am super stiff and really felt this in my hip flexors and hamstrings.
