Sometimes, you just want to take a little extra time to get in a really good stretch for your tight muscles, and if that is how you feel today, then this active lower body stretch routine is ideal for you. This video was built specifically for the purpose of getting a longer and more thorough stretch, for the muscles of your lower body. 

In this video we will be doing Active Stretching in which your own muscles are used to provide the stretch.

I am sharing with you in this video 32 individual lower body active stretches…

Oh wow, this felt AMAZING. Having had surgery & a bit of a rough recovery, my legs, abs & quads especially were very much in need of something to get me out of the tin man stiffness. Thank you James

Thank you for these stretches, I have hurt my quad tendons and these stretches are perfect for my injured knee/leg. I was able to workout after three weeks. Keep up good work.

These stretches are truly effective. i have never tried active stretches before and after following along your routine, my muscles feel so much better. have to do these stretches more regularly. Great work James

I find these stretches really useful, easy to follow and are far more effective than passive stretches. I have never stretched my muscles this way. Thanks for sharing
