I haven't crumpled into a heap after a workout like that in ages. Second day after is killer, but man, it's such a motivation to get stronger, especially in those arms and shoulders!

Thank you very much for this amazing workout film, this is really intensive and makes me tired.
But I have to say....it does work! Although I've not lost weights much but already helped me shape the body a lot and it just around 2 weeks!
