5:33 - Push / Butterfly Crunches
6:18 - Modified L-Ups (reset legs to 90°)
7:03 - Bicycle Crunches

2.) 1:31 - left leg, right elbow crunches (knee elbow crunches) :45-1:30
3.) 2:16 - right leg, left elbow crunches (knee elbow crunches) 1:30-2:15
4.) 3:01 - 90° crunches 2:15-3:00
5.) 3:46 - leg pull-backs 3:00-3:45
6.) 4:31 - right/left side crunches 3:45-4:30
7.) 5:16 - left/right side crunches (switch to other side) 4:30-5:15
8.) 6:01 - push (or butterfly) crunches 5:15-6:00
9.) 6:46 - modified L-Ups (reset legs to only to 90°) 6:00-6:45
10.) 7:31 - bicycles (or modified bicycles) 6:45-7:30
11.) 8:16 - ab feels (small crunches to feel muscle development) 7:30-7:55

Had an amazing workout today! Did 8x400s at my goal mile pace (6:00) and overall it was 2.04 miles at 5:53 pace!

Ran 2 miles and 5x15 second strides today! Went pretty well. I have a 6 mile long run tomorrow so I think I'll be ready for that

Had a great track practice today, did a .8 mile warmup, then ran 20 minutes and then did 5 400s

Had a really good run today! Did 4 miles easy and it wasnt too hard. Pretty decent pace too! (9:25 average pace)
