Can you make a video on if training with high rpe is beneficial in anyway or good for accessories?

I have shin sleeves for this. They're the same as knee sleeves, but fit around your calves

I’ve kinda gotten my deadlift setup figured out just by running paused deadlifts in 75% of my training weeks. They kinda just have me understanding how it’s supposed to feel if I want a tight and efficient enough position to start from in order to actually hold the pause, and that ends up being my position for my comp deadlifts

Generally I focus on my bar path going from the ground to up in the air which I've found working quite well

Hey Matt why do you use straps while deadlifting shouldn't you deadlift raw if your training for meets

What about dropping the bar on your knees on the way down? I have a hard time making sure that doesn’t happen especially when I try and control it on the way down instead of dropping it and scooting backwards.

Heard lots of people say that dips are a good accessory for bench press but are seated dip machines or assisted dips also good? I'm at a pretty high bodyfat rn and I'm not strong enough to do them with my own bodyweight yet and I'm wondering if I should still be doing them as bench accessories, one day I'll do them with my bodyweight but for the meantime I'm using these 2 machines instead
