If you're looking for a quick and easy way to cool down after your workout while standing, this stretch routine is perfect for you! With just 5 minutes of routine, you can help ease into the relaxation phase and help your body recover from your workout🧘‍♀️🔥

Focus on the breathing throughout the entire standing cool down stretching exercises. Breathe in through the nose for five seconds, and out through the nose again for five seconds.
