It makes sense to think that back pain is related to the kidneys. Some of my patients are not surprised when they are diagnosed with chronic kidney disease because they will complain about constant back pain. But are the two related? Working as a kidney doctor, I found that my patients were often unaware of just how important diet and lifestyle were and how often they felt unsupported by generic advice to “eat healthy”.

I have been living with Kidney Disease for my entire life. I was born with Hydro-Nephrosis due to a check valve developing backwards. My personal experience is that when i was younger in my teens and twenty's I had constant pain in my left kidney. My thought was that it was form a twisted ureter tube from the surgeries that were done to correct my bladder when I was an infant. At age 30 my Urologist from childhood, Dr. Rainier Engle, retired and passed me to a new Urologist and Nephrologist. At that time both new doctors strongly suggested that I stop eating red meat and salt. Long story short at this point, when I stopped eating the red meat my pain went away and only returned when I ate red meat or large doses of any clean proteins, i.e. meats, beans, milk or ice cream. To this day, when I eat too much protein in one sitting, I get pain in my left kidney. Also I feel pain when I am dehydrated. I have a built in hydration meter, when I don't drink enough water, I feel pain in my left Kidney. I am currently 48 and in stage 3b renal failure and have been there for 18 years now. I control my Kidney Disease through medications and diet. Low Protein, Low Sodium, Low Potassium diet and lots and lots of water. (LITTLE TO NO SODA IN ALMOST 20 YEARS)

I have TRIED more than 10 medications for my stone problem..
it is a very old problem..I had more than 12 stones in both my kidneys..
I used WARSTONE DS Treatment and it helped me to relieve at least 7-8 stones from the kidneys, ,
still 2-3 stones are left..but still it is BETTER than most of the medicines..
