I get so angry when I read this. Where are people supposed to go when Dr's won't take anything seriously and see it easier to find the quickest solution!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post this information! Kidneys are so key to overall health and so often neglected. TCM has very good writings on kidneys.

Thanks for video. My dad had constant back pain for 6 months, his doctor advised to take painkillers. Took paracetamol and ibuprofen which didn't really help. Also antibiotics for constant UTI he was getting. Had fall just before Xmas, went to hospital, after doing some tests, was diagnosed with kidney cancer and is now receiving palliative care. So please, if you're concerned you are not getting help from your GP, get a second opinion or just going to the hospital where they will conduct further testing and offer you relief from the pain.

I notice a lot of this problems occur in cold snaps and the lead up to winter. I went to the UK musculoskeleto team after refer from my local surgery. I took a full panel of blood work for liver, kidney, blood sugar, and about 50 items, all came back normal. One day I even needed an ambulance bc I literally could not move. 6 months later, I went to the states for another reason. I spoke to some friends in alternative healing, and they told me it is often covert kidney issues, and this is the only indicator. They gave me chanca piedra and the back problem was completely gone in 4 days. No joke. Chanca piedra means stone breaker. I am forever grateful. And now I know.

Must be nice for those who don't live in the US and can just go "get it checked out". Even with the best insurance, call an ambulance and go to the ER for a kidney stone that turns out to be a muscle spam, enjoy paying over $1000 for some naproxen and saline.

Do people get stronger urine if they have a kidney stone? what is the most common operation for kidney stones? would it be the soundwave one? lastly can one have a Ct Scan that is without the Contrast Dye?

Excellent video! I’m having a sharp pain in the right side in the are just above the the Muskoskeletal bottom of the ribs. It could be musculoskeletal or kidney related ? It’s tough to breathe. Im trying to relax. Guess I’ll see how this pans out. Possible ER visit in the future. Good thing I have excellent providers here in Texas.

Also, sometimes the Doctor will make notes or give medications and decide it is one thing, without relooking at it, unless you say that whatever they are giving you, doing, etc. isn't working. Then they relook at figure out it is something different.

can someone describe the "pain" sharp or dull. I'm experiencing a low dull aching pain on my lower sides when sleeping or lying down. (The Locations: if you put your hands on your sides As if when you are tired after a run, it would be where your thumbs are) ThnX

Precisely! I’ve pain right below the rib cage of my back on both sides. Ive been to an orthopedic, Chairopractor, had sonagram, urologists. When I lay on my belly on my bed and then standup I have this stiffness of pain that constantly hurts on both sides. I walk regularly 3-5 miles daily

I’ve discovered kidney pain feels more like a tummyache plus back/ flank pain, and changing positions doesnt help. Back pain, you can tell changing different positions can improve or make it worse. At least in my case.

I get severe lower back pain that is constant doesn’t change no matter position or what I do feels like a kidney stone that I had a couple years ago but I don’t see anything pass and it’s only after working on my truck leaning over the engine bay. The back muscle that runs down my spine on whatever side the pain is on is feels tense and like a knot is in it but whenever the pain starts to go away the tension and knot reduce but it’s pain so bad it makes me want to cry but I can’t and it’s really only been after working on my truck bending over and I’m scared it’s a kidney issue but I have been dealing with severe anxiety and stuff that makes me run to the bathroom a lot and pee a lot but I’ve never peed blood or anything I just get anxious about peeing my pants and I drink a lot more so I pee more then normal but when I do it’s the normal amount it’s not just a dribble or anything. The only thing with me is that the anxiety makes me doubt myself a lot and have health anxiety about it being something that is life threatening but then I’m scared to go see a doctor because I don’t wanna hear that something is seriously wrong with me so it’s a never ending loop. Sorry for the long drawn out comment do you have any advice on what I should do or what this issue could be and thank you for the video made me kinda understand the differences in the pains and where they could be i get especially scared of traveling to the doctors I’m not scared to go there I’m scared of the travel to get there anyway thanks
