i did my longest non-stop run yet today (25 mins)! i’ve struggled as a new runner with motivation to keep going, but that feeling when you push through and make it through to the end is unmatched. as always i am glad to start up with and return to your videos! thanks for this one :)

Up and out early today (25/12) for an 18k run. Had to get to church straight after and didn't have much time to stretch. Now making up for it with this practice and my body is grateful. Tx.
