I keep coming back for more sarahbeth because she helps ease my mind and body. I normally don't feel like I worked hard but that my brain was able to just be for that time and it has been so beneficial and beautiful for my body!

Just did this practice after my running routine, on the grass, in a stadium full of people running around or playing football. And it felt great 😄😄

Omg, wow I just had a moment. When you said ‘this is what it feels like to get stronger’, I almost started trying. Here I am on the YMCA floor doing yoga after a two hour workout and I had to fight off tears with some deep breathing.
