Today’s workout video is a daily night-time full body workout that will burn the underlying and stubborn fats spread throughout your body while helping prepare you for a good night's sleep. These are all body-weight exercises meaning you don’t need to use any equipment at all--just your bodies!

This video workout is recommended to be done every night although it may seem challenging for some since this is a 35-min workout. But if you really want to see how fast and effective this workout is, do exercise until you see results!

Wow! Thanks Roberta! Great work out. I have been doing different videos of yours and this one I think will be my favorite. For you older kids like me (59)...you can do this. There were 2 exercises involving my knees that I was extra careful to make sure my knees did not go past my toes when doing squats. Good luck to all!!
