This slower paced workout will help you get ready for bed and feel better in the morning. These exercises will work your back, chest, leg and core muscles without increasing your heart rate into aerobic zone and stimulating your body into waking up. You will activate muscles throughout your body with the first part, while the second part will stretch them out and relax them into rest mode right in time for bed.
