This is truly difficult to navigate when the only person who can know and understand what is happening to you, is your only support system. I find it difficult to find new friends, not for lack of trying. Most people just don’t “Get Me”. Even my daughter doesn’t want to engage with me although, at age 37 I am still hopeful she will be open to understanding who and how I’m trying to become better at the things I’m trying hard to change. I do understand her boundaries however, I am still not given the same consideration. Definitely important video message. Thank you!❤

Havent had a favorite person in over 3 years. Makes it easy but its also very sad and lonely.

Everything within me: 100% control
Everything outside me: 0% control

Infact, that is what determines "within" and "outside". Trying to control what's outside of me is not admissible and violates the boundaries of another one.

Im so alone atm my fave person is actually my pet Mouse, I am Andy no mates and it sucks but I have my wee mouse... he is shy, funny, sweet, and we get along great, he doesn't like other humans but will come to me, he wont come out during the day he likes to build a fort of bedding to keep the world we have a lot in common lol

are you taking any new clients. i’m 19 now and i’ve been struggling with all of the criteria of bpd for a few years. the therapist i have now isn’t too professional and she often makes me feel like i’m her therapist. i would love if you could contact me or reply to this comment.
