ENT Manifestations of Migraine 12: Ear fullness, dizziness, sinus pressure and pulsatile tinnitus

This patient had 10 years of persistent symptoms that did not respond to medications for allergic rhinitis. Because her symptoms were more prominent with hormonal cycles migraine was considered. She had a very compelling and immediate response to migraine specific therapy.

I have same symptomes for a month now, took a head scan and doing a head RIM in two month (couldn't find an early appointment here in france which is more frustrating)...

It started with an extream headache for 5 days constant no sleeping, nausea and extream diziness couldn't even walk on my own straigh from the pain and diziness. I did blood tests, saw 3 doctors and took medication It did'nt get any better untill the 7th day.

I started functiionning but I wasn't really covered, headache is still going up and down till now, diziness and I feel constant ear pressure and pulse noise.

2 weeks before this started happening I had fever and symptomes like covid but test was negative and I was really sick for 3 days and didn't take any antibiotics, so the doctor later told me that it might be cause your boddy didn't rest and wasn't healed right (cause I started working after and I was kind of under stress and I'm a very anxious person...)...

Dr also said might also be a virus attacked your nerves and have inflammation of the brain. Blood tests showed also that I'm very anemic I have iron deficiency. I still don't know what is going on and it's frustrating

How u cured yourself my wife is facing ear fullness and facial pain since year. Visitng ent had gone from FeSs surgery but still same condition need advise plz

Please get a venogram of your brain to see if any of your veins that drains the blood out is blocked. Mine did and it caused dizziness, blurred vision, light headedness, you name it. Lie down on your stomach at night when it is very quite and turn your head to both sides(one side at a time, with pillow under head) and see if you can hear swishing sound. If you can talk to your doctor and have a venogram. It took them 6 years to diagnose it. Good luck!
