ENT Manifestations of Migraine 26: Foreign Body in the Ear Feeling

Thirty one percent of patients seen in the ENT office who have migraine headaches also will complain of sometimes feeling as if something is in their ear. This patient has feeling that something is in her left ear that has been persistent for years despite normal ear exams. She also has frequent sinus pressure and a history of infrequent migraine headaches. When told to decrease her caffeine intake her foreign body sensation and sinus pressure each improved in frequency and intensity.
