This patient has a 6 year history of recalcitrant Meniere's disease with significant hearing loss and frequent bouts of vertigo. He was found also to have daily headaches which had never been addressed. He experienced an unusually immediate response to propranolol with cessation of headaches, attacks of vertigo and improvement of hearing.

I have suffered with cluster headaches, and I’ve now been diagnosed with minears it’s never ending and nothing has been able to fix it

Hello I live in Wales UK I have had this horrid disease all my life it has no effect on my hearing just terrible vertigo + balance problems the drug I use is called " Stemitel" this I use when its very bad I do not use the drug all the time, many problems with doctors who do, nt know how to treat this .

This is probably what is happening to me, daily vertigo, 24/7 imbalance, and frequent headaches. Already diagnosed with VM but the room spinning component is new and has made me bedbound. The only difference is that I have muffled hearing but no hearing loss. And my doctors won't let me try propranolol because my top BP number ranges 113-120.
