I have same thing: Pressure in frontal sinuses, dizziness and even spinning when lied down, ringing in ears and sudden noise sensitivity with little pop when someone will say something loud in the silence. Started probably with viral infection as I had a bit of soar throat shortly before. Now lasts for 4 weeks. I don't think summarizing it as a migraine in the video makes any sense sorry.

Yes I get it for weeks at a time. So does my son. I have major drainage problems and it gets all clogged up. Claritin d and ibuprofin. I get all these symptoms but my eyes have mucus that comes out and waters so bad that my eyes swell shut. No eye infection, it is all clear tears.

I have the exact same thing. Horrid stuff had it for 4 months now. Pain in middle eyes, constant Post Nasal Drip no cough no whizzing no discharge just throbbing pain eyes burn teeth and ears tender. Looking for answers. Done all the remedies and nothing works

I am thinking this is me. I had strange health problems since 2008. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure when I graduated in 2008. I had so many symptoms and I went to many doctors, and I am still have symptoms. Right now is a new symptom. I am dizzy and lightheaded for over a week now. I had blood tests and the doctor said I am a little dehydrated, which does not make sense anyway. I am getting off of my amlodipine and switching to propranolol this weekend. So far, the propranolol is doing better maintaining my blood pressure. I am still lightheaded. I suspect it is sinuses because when I went to the dentist, they kept saying I have serious sinuses in my head. I had no clue sinuses could be this bad. I wonder if these are the root of all my health problems since 2008.

If so let me know what works i have same problems bad sinus headaches and dizziness alot last days at a time feel out of it like im bad sick or something no fever nothing showing up on blood work or nothing bad on ct scan either throbbing head pain behind eyes fore head and ears and in sinuses around nose too no response to antibiotics and steroids yet its very miserable.

Is it common for these symptoms to go on for a month or longer? I have had pretty much all of these symptoms minus the tinnitus with only 3 days of relief for a little over a month now. Spoke with an ENT today who just referred me back to neurology for migraines and ordered blood tests for allergies. I do have migraine headaches sometimes but not with what I've had in the last month. The painless sinus pressure and lightheaded/dizzy spells has had me quite worried and has gotten mildly worse the last few days with eye movement and head movement with mild nausea. Driving me crazy.

My ENT Specialist says that dizziness is not something he c treats.
