Great videos Michael!
I have one qustion. Can i use your video on BPPV and translate it into norwegian? I would like to use this in our clinic for patient education. We can have your name/logo in the bottom of the video as an attribution.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Michael Parham (Norway).

It seems like some of my clients like this have “fragile ears.” Is it possible that their vestibules “dump” say (hypothetically speaking) 20 Otoconia a day and they do not become symptomatic until day three when their conscious symptom threshold would be something like 60? Perhaps maneuvers (Brandt Daroff, Home Epleys, etc) performed daily return “silent debris” on a regular basis never allowing a critical volume to build enough power to become symptomatic? The few studies that claim repositioning maneuvers are of no prophylactic value possibly have not included this type of more rare population in their studies.
