Downward facing dog is an excellent exercises to increase flexibility on your posterior side such as hamstring flexibility, calf flexibility, which leads to increased ankle and hip range of motion.This video gives you a great way to improve this position especially if you do not already have great flexibility in this position.

LOVE your vids. I’ve been a fitness fan most of my life... recovering from my 2nd hip replacement and your vids have done more to help me recover my mobility than any physiotherapy has. Love your background music and your voice. Keep ‘em coming! ❤️🇨🇦

Found your channel around a week ago and I have to say I love what you do. Your videos are just what I’ve been needing to get myself out of being in constant neck/shoulder/hip flexor pain!! You’ve also made me realise i need to focus on getting range of motion back in all my joints before trying to gain any more muscle.
