30 min TOTAL BODY TONING is a full body fat burning workout you have to try! Grab your dumbbells or something that will give you some extra weight to help challenge yourself and push your body to it's max level! A home workout with NO repeats + NO talking! Let's do it!

I was just thinking which one of your previous workouts to do this morning and then I saw this brand new workout. It’s great! Thank you for all those great workouts and advice! Even when I don’t feel like exercising I think to myself…well, I can do 24 or 30 min workout…and after I finish I always feel great! ♥️🌹

Finished the workout with 8kg dumbbells (5kg for some exercises, like double dumbbell swings and tricep extensions). I was quite a bit slower than you, but I got a great workout in. 310 kcal and a peak heart rate of 190. Thank you!
