100% about protein being satisfying. that's why it's so important for my health. I have Lymphedema & occasionally get infections in my legs or Cellulitis and that's nothing to monkey around with. Protein heals. Protein aids in building back muscles in my weak fatigued legs.

Hi, thank you for your videos. I'm not sure why, but when I eat like this, I don't seem to lose weight. The only way I seem to lose it, is if I eat salads without protein. I exercise every day. Any advice? I'm 55. Thank you

Avacados are also excellent in healthy fats, that is one of the main reasons why I eat them.
Blueberries and Avacado together sounds really good together. I might try that next time I have Avacado and Blueberries.😊😋
